One of the littluns has gone missing! It was the boy with
the mulberry-colored birthmark. He was trying to tell us all about the beasties
that he’s seen in the forest! No one even really listened to him. They all
thought that he’s just some little boy having nightmares. I don’t know though,
it seems like all of the littluns are seeing this beastie. Well now he’s
missing! If we were organized like I said we should have been, we would know
where everyone is. I wanted to get
everyone’s names and to take attendance, but no one listens to me. They listen
to Jack who all he thinks about is the hunt, or they listen to Ralph who just
cares about the fire. Speaking of the fire, some bad things happened with this.
Jack and his choir were suppose to be watching the fire to make sure that it
doesn’t burn out, but instead they decided to go off and hunt. Meanwhile, Ralph,
Maurice, Simon and I were swimming in the stream when all of a sudden we saw a
ship. Ralph noticed that the fire had gone out and there was no smoke! We all
were running like crazy trying to reach the fire to relight it, but it was too
late. The ship was now out of sight. I saw something in Ralph when this
happened. He looked as though all hope was gone. Ralph and Jack got into this
huge argument over the fire. I tried to back up Ralph, but Jack just told me to
shut up, and he slapped me and broke the lens out of my glasses. This was the
last straw for Ralph. He decided that he was going to call a meeting tonight,
no matter how dark it is. I’m heading to the meeting right now. Hopefully this
goes well.

ReplyDeletePiggy I agree with you on the getting organized part. Also that Jack cares about nothing but the hunt. Thanks for backing me up up on the mountain even you know that Jack was telling you to shut up. Lastly, lets hope that your last lens doesn't break so we will have a way to restart the fire
ReplyDeleteExactly, now one listens to me they always listen to Jack or Ralph. I am kinda scared for the littlun who is missing. I hope no one else will go missing.
